Return Policy

All of Red Fence Quilting LLC products, including Luxury Pet Quilts, are sealed in clear plastic bag large enough to have a partial view of the design and color of the product.  This seal is for your protection.

  • If you do not like the color or design of the product and want to return the product, do not open the bag. Contact us for a return within 30 days of purchase. 

However once the seal of the Red Fence Quilting plastic bag is broken, ripped, cut, opened, the product cannot be returned.  For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund once the plastic is opened, punctured, or altered for Quilted Products, Quilts, Pillows, Toppers, Pet Quilts, or Pet Beds.

  • In addition, any customized, embroidered, or special order items cannot be returned.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please understand, that my return policy is for your benefit.  I want you to feel comfortable that your quilted product is new and in excellent condition.

Process of Returns:

Your satisfaction is my concern.  I want you to be happy about your purchase.  If you have the quilted product in an unopened sealed clear plastic bag from Red Fence Quilting and you are unhappy with the product, then please email me for a Return Material Authorization number (RMA).

  • I will issue a RMA number.
  • I will send you a shipping label and shipping bag to return the quilt to me. Please place the label on the bag and seal the bag with the sealed product inside.
  • Ship the product back to me.
  • Once I receive the quilt, I will inspect it. Upon approval, I will issue you a refund.
    • Therefore, if you paid with a credit card on Paypal, I will issue the refund through Paypal refund policy.
    • If you paid with cash, I will pay you with a check.
  • I will process the refund submittal to Paypal within 48 hours. Paypal will process the refund according to their policies.

There are no store credits to worry about or restocking fees.  I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
